Pre-Appointment (included in Initial Consultation fee)
When you book a weight loss consultation or package with Tracey for the first time, you will be sent two questionnaires to complete and send back before your appointment. These relate to your health, lifestyle, weight loss history, what you eat, as well as your desired weight loss goal.
The Initial Consultation $170 (Pay-as-you-go)
With Tracey, you will go through your questionnaires together and discuss your answers and explore them to gain a better understanding of where you are at now and your past history. A body composition analysis will be done and those findings will be discussed, how they might be impacting your health now and potentially long term. The body composition gives weight, fat%, muscle mass and muscle quality, hydration, BMI, visceral fat score and a metabolic age. A waist measurement will also be recorded. Note - the body composition scanner cannot be used if you have a pacemaker but standard scales will be used instead.
Tracey will look at your current lifestyle and give you a plan to start new habits that specifically suit you. These will only be a few key changes as every week we build changes in that work for you. Then at the close of your consultation, you will be taken through your client folder with handy information to help you and support you in your first week and beyond. It also includes a family friendly cookbook.

Followup Consultations $45 (Pay-as-you-go)
It is highly recommended to buy the 6 session Success Package for the best value and to maximise your results.
At each in house followup a body composition is done and your results recorded. We discuss how you are implementing some of the new lifestyle habits we made at the previous appointment and Tracey will offer you realistic solutions to any challenges you might face.
Each week there will be a new topic to take away to support you with your weight loss. Each week builds on the previous week and sets a solid foundation for your long term weight loss success.

Taking into account all of the information received, discussed with you and assessed during your consultation, your programme is made especially for you and your individual needs.
The initial consultation is a total of 2 hours. ( 90 minutes + 30 minute pre-appointment work).
Followup visits are 20 minutes.
