Here are some of my recent client results. Some are longer than 6 weeks because sustainable weight loss takes time. Also for some clients weight loss is just slower. Slow and steady does win the race! For those clients who commit to coming for 6 weeks & beyond, they often get the best results. Individual results may vary.
