Terms and Conditions

Facebook and Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions:

Entry is open to New Zealand and overseas residents. 

Entries must be received by the stated competition closing date which is NST (NZ Standard time). The New You Ltd reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time. 

Information published by The New You Ltd on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. 

The winner consents to The New You Ltd using their image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without payment. The New You Ltd bears no responsibility for any copyright infringement. 

The winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram. The New You Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 5 days of the closing date, then The New You Ltd may choose another winner. 

The New You Ltd reserves the right to delete any entries it deems as inappropriate, offensive, or negative. 

The Judge’s Decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative prizes/products. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The New You Ltd can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.  

By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
